So one of my New Years resolutions is to cut out coffee..😫Yes you read that right. I feel that at times I get unusual bloating & by mid day I’m crashing. Who knows could be the sugar, but for now this is something I would like to omit from my diet & start my cleaner eating journey. So here’s a little recipe for my protein smoothie to get you energized for your day ahead.
Berry delicious banana smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 teaspoon nutiva coconut oil
1 scoop vega protein powder
1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup water
Do not add ice as banana is already frozen, blend & enjoy!!
